Alex Sapir is also President and Chief Executive Officer of The Sapir Organization, a real estate operator, developer, and investment firm founded by his father, Tamir Sapir. Over the course of his career, Alex Sapir has led transactions involving more than $7 billion in assets, including the record-breaking sale of 11 Madison in 2015 for $2.6 billion.
Giovanni Fasciano

Giovanni Fasciano, Italian born, began his professional career in the fashion luxury world and held held senior positions at major luxury watch manufacturers in Europe and the Far East, overseeing marketing, product development and industrial design for more than 15 years. Since 2012, M. Fasciano has focused on investing in corporate equities and real estate in Europe, Middle East, Far East and the United States. Mr. Fasciano, through his group of companies, with operation offices in Switzerland and United States manages his equities and real estate portfolios worldwide. He has recently founded FASCIANO INVESTMENTS LLC, a U.S.-based real estate investment and development firm, where he currently serves as President.
Özlem Önal

Özlem Önal’s career spans the fields of hospitality, mining, and real estate. Her experience includes roles as house manager and art director of the iconic Mercer Hotel in New York and a role on the executive board of her family’s hotel management and mining company, Dedeman Holding. In 2015, Önal founded OZL Investments, a U.S.-based real estate investment and development firm. She is currently vice president and board member of Istanbul-based 3DE3 Group, focused on tourism management and real estate ventures.

Enea, founded by Enzo Enea and headquartered outside Zurich, is one of the world’s leading landscape architecture firms, with a 150-person staff and additional offices in New York and Miami. The firm has completed more than 1,000 gardens for private residences, hotels, resorts, residential buildings, and parks in Russia, Greece, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria, China, Brazil, Colombia, the Bahamas, and the United States. After training as an industrial designer, Enea studied landscape architecture in London and travelled to Brazil and Hawaii, where he designed his first major landscape project for a resort hotel. Enea received numerous gold and silver awards at the Giardina show in Basel and Zurich and, in 1998, a certificate of merit at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show in London.

Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel are the founding partners of the cross-disciplinary practice headquartered in Milan and active since the 1970s. The firm works internationally, developing complex projects on all scales in collaboration with a qualified network of specialist consultants. The practice has a strong expertise in providing detailed project documentation covering both the shell and core and the interior of a building, from building envelope to interior fit-out, including bespoke millwork elements and furniture. Among the types of projects developed by the practice are master plans, mixed-use developments, residential and commercial complexes, corporate headquarters, and hotels. A fully owned subsidiary of the Italian company was incorporated in 2015 in New York. The two offices count on a staff of 100, coordinated by eight partners.
